1Do you hae your own factory?

Yes, We own our production of stainless steel kitchenware cutlery automatic making machine and mould factory in Chaozhou and Jieyang.

2If I want set up the kitchenware and tableware factory, what kinds of machine do i need, can you help us same?

Yes sure,We had 5years more for export. Our technical engineer will help you the whole main project, from your raw material shaping machine and Feeding machine to making equipment for final best products, from mould,Press, Polishing wheel......etc, we can do whole solution suggestion for you.

3What is your MOQ?

Usually one Full container,but trial order at least one carton is avaliable, mould and machine are customized, welcome to discuss with us.

4If i want a inquiry, what information need i provide for?

You need only provicde the product sample and production capactity, material request,there will be professional engineer and sales to follow it and give you solution based on your needs.

5What is your payment terms?

You can pay by T/T、Western union 30% or 50%deposit, the balance will be finished before shipment.

6What is your delivery date?

Normaly our stainless steel products 10-15days, but mould and equipment are customized, need to take 25-60days.

7How can we ship the goods?

For stainless steel products, small order by DHL,FEDEX, UPS,TNT door to door serviec and available, for the larger order, we suggest ship by sea, you can choose your forwarder or our cooperated forwarder.

8How can we visit your factory?

You can fly to Jieyang Airport or by Railway to Chaoshan Station, we will pick you up there,welcome to visit us!
